Ibran International Overseas Employment Promoters
A licensed Overseas Employment Promoter in Rawalpindi, Pakistan — part of a group trading since 2016 (Alroshan Enterprises — Travel and Tours), licensed by BEOE since 2020, and run from one office with no sub-agents and no branches.
Who we are
A processing house, not a promise factory
Ibran International exists to do one thing well: move a Pakistani worker’s case through the lawful pipeline — demand, permission, documentation, medical, visa, Protector — without shortcuts and without false promises.
Our proprietor, Adil Farooq Mirza, holds the OEP licence personally, and his photograph and signature sit on the licence certificate you can open on our Credentials page. The same licence appears on the Government of Pakistan’s public register — we would rather you verify us than take our word.
We work three lines of business: recruitment for Malaysia, Saudi Wakala visa processing, and overseas recruitment for other markets. What we do not do is equally clear — we do not sell visas, we do not guarantee jobs, and we take no payment into personal accounts.

Three divisions
Saudi Wakala Processing
Visa processing for cases where the kafeel has already issued the visa: Wakala, E-Number, stamping and Protector, under Saudi Embassy Registration 3988.
Overseas Recruitment — Rest of the World
The same licensed process for employers in other markets: attested demand, BEOE permission, lawful processing, Protector clearance.
