Malaysia Recruitment

Demand-based hiring of Pakistani workers for Malaysian employers — run by a licensed Pakistani OEP that is shortlisted for the Malaysia corridor and has its own registered company on your side of the water.

Before anything else

Four things to check about us

Every claim here is one you can test — on a government register, a company registry, or by asking us for the record.

Shortlisted for Malaysia

The Government of Pakistan shortlisted a limited group of agencies for the Malaysia corridor. Ibran International is one of them.

A company in Malaysia

Ibran International Sdn. Bhd. is registered in Malaysia — you deal with someone present in your market, not only at the other end of a phone line.

A real deployment record

Our Malaysia deployments since 2020 have been in construction and hospitality. We will gladly walk you through the record — we quote it, we don't inflate it.

A verifiable licence

OEP Licence on the Government of Pakistan register — check it before you sign anything.

Sectors

Where we have deployed, and what we can source

Construction

The larger share of our Malaysia deployments — site trades and general workers.

Hospitality

Hotel and service staff — our second deployed sector.

Other sectors

We recruit across all sectors. Tell us the trade and we will tell you honestly whether we can source it well.

From the employer’s side

The demand documents

These four are the standard set for recruiting Pakistani workers. If any of them is unfamiliar, we guide you through it — that is part of the job.

  • Demand LetterYour requirement — trades, numbers, terms.
  • Power of AttorneyAuthorising us to act for you in Pakistan.
  • Employment ContractThe terms your workers sign.
  • Approval to engage foreign workersYour quota / permission on the Malaysian side.
On the ground

Ibran International Sdn. Bhd.

Our own company is registered in Malaysia and our representative is based in Kuala Lumpur — a face-to-face meeting in the Klang Valley can usually be arranged within days, and after-deployment questions never depend on a phone line to Pakistan.

Request a KL meeting
A note on compliance. Recruitment for Malaysia runs on attested demand documents and BEOE permission — we do not recruit against unverified vacancies, and every worker departs with Protector clearance. Workers pay us nothing for recruitment — a position that protects your company from the fee-abuse cases Malaysian employers have faced in court.
The 2026 system, handled

We work inside Malaysia’s rules — not around them

Quota approval is yours to obtain on the Malaysian side; our job is to make sure the Pakistan side never keeps you waiting. Here is how we fit the current system.

eQuota under KESUMA

Since 6 July 2026 every foreign-worker quota application runs through the FWCMS eQuota module under the Ministry of Human Resources. We are FWCMS-registered on the Pakistan side, so your approval and our sourcing move in the same system.

MYFutureJobs step

Your local advertising requirement on MYFutureJobs comes before quota approval. Tell us your timeline and we prepare the Pakistan side in parallel, so cleared workers are ready when your approval lands.

Levy & obligations

Levy, FOMEMA medicals, EPF/SOCSO and Act 446 accommodation are your Malaysian obligations — we plan the recruitment around them with you, and our workers arrive documented for every one of them.

Every sector open

Pakistan is on Malaysia's approved source-country list for all sectors — manufacturing, construction, plantation, agriculture and services. One source country, no sector restriction to work around.

Process charts

The three Malaysia processes, step by step

Every step shows who is responsible, what it needs, and what it produces — so employers and workers both know exactly where a case stands.
