Inside the eQuota system

Since 6 July 2026 every foreign-worker quota application runs through the FWCMS eQuota module under KESUMA. Your approval and our sourcing sit in one system, not two.

Pakistan is an approved source country

Malaysia's approved source-country list covers Pakistan for all sectors — manufacturing, construction, plantation, agriculture and services. No sector restriction to work around.

A representative in Kuala Lumpur

Our own representative is based in KL. A face-to-face meeting in the Klang Valley can usually be arranged within days, and questions after deployment never depend on a phone line to Pakistan.

Attested demand, BEOE permission

We recruit only against attested demand documents and a BEOE permission raised for your company. We do not recruit against unverified vacancies — which is also what protects you from the file being challenged later.

Protector of Emigrants clearance

Every worker we deploy departs with Protector clearance. That stamp is what makes the emigration lawful on the Pakistan side, and it is the only thing we count as a completed case.

One office, no sub-agents

The BEOE record shows no branch offices. If anyone claims to represent Ibran International from another city, they do not — and the same register that proves our licence proves that too.

A note on compliance. Recruitment for Malaysia runs on attested demand documents and BEOE permission — we do not recruit against unverified vacancies, and every worker departs with Protector clearance. Workers pay us nothing for recruitment — a position that protects your company from the fee-abuse cases Malaysian employers have faced in court.

Levy & obligations

Levy, FOMEMA medicals, EPF/SOCSO and Act 446 accommodation are your Malaysian obligations — we plan the recruitment around them with you, and workers arrive documented for each of them.

Alongside your Cat-C agency

If a licensed Malaysian recruitment agency already handles your side of the file, we work to them rather than around them — our job is the Pakistan half of the corridor, delivered on their timetable.
