We do not ask for money to open your file. Our fee is due once your documents are complete — and after that, the timing is yours.
At Protector
Prefer the visa stamped first? Pay when the file reaches Protector instead.
When you collect the file
We complete everything — stamping and Protector — and you pay when you receive the file.
We have no fixed condition on this. Your file stays with us until payment is made, and then it comes to you by courier or from our office.
Payment safety — Make any payment only to the company account or at our office — never into a personal account.

Please read this before you begin
Three results decide whether the visa can be stamped
The Wakala can be completed without them. The visa cannot. These three are not in our hands and not in your kafeel’s — they depend on the worker.
GAMCA medical
If the result is unfit, the visa cannot be stamped.
NAVTTC trade test
If the trade test is failed, the visa will not be issued.
Fingerprint record
If the biometric record is not clear, the visa cannot proceed.
If any of these goes against you, the Wakala belongs to you — not to us. You may cancel it and recover your payment from the kafeel, or transfer it to another person’s name. We have no part in that decision.

Being straight with you
What can stop a case
These do happen. We would rather you knew now than found out halfway through.
- The kafeel makes an error while raising the Wakala, and the Saudi authorities cancel it.
- A dispute arises between the kafeel and the person the Wakala was raised for.
- The medical comes back unfit, and the Wakala has to be transferred to another name.

These are paid to the institutions themselves. Their rates move with the market, so ask us for the current position rather than relying on a figure written down somewhere.
Common questions
Wakala Questions, Answered Straight
Do I need a medical before the Wakala is issued?
No. The Wakala itself does not require a medical. A fit GAMCA medical report is required later, at the visa stamping stage — and that part is the worker's own responsibility.
How long does Wakala processing take?
Typically 10 to 15 days once your documents are complete. Collecting the documents is usually the longest part of the whole process.
When do I pay?
We do not take our fee until your documents are complete, and the timing of payment is agreed with you. Payment goes only to the company bank account or at our office — never to any personal account.
What is the Aqd Amal (عقد عمل)?
The Aqd Amal is the employment contract (work permit) from your kafeel. After the Wakala, the kafeel has it attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and sends the original to Pakistan. It is submitted to the Embassy with the other documents — visa stamping cannot proceed without it.
Whose Wakala is it — mine or the agency's?
Yours. The Wakala belongs to the client. We process it as a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter registered with the Saudi Embassy in Pakistan (Registration 3988).
