This website provides information, candidate registration, employer enquiries, Saudi Wakala processing enquiries, agency partnership enquiries and recruitment support for Ibran International. Ibran International is a licensed private OEP and is not a government department.
2. Wakala processing service
The Wakala service applies to cases where a Saudi employer (kafeel) has already issued a visa. It is a document-processing service — Wakala, E-Number, visa stamping and Protector clearance. It is not a job offer, a visa sale, or a promise of employment. Medical, trade-test and biometric results are the worker’s own responsibility; a visa cannot be stamped unless those results are clear, and that outcome is outside Ibran International’s control.
3. No employment guarantee
Registration, CV submission, screening or interview participation does not guarantee employment, visa approval or travel. Final selection depends on the foreign employer, authorized demand, medical fitness, government requirements and applicable immigration processes.
4. Accurate information
Users must provide complete and genuine information. False documents, misleading employment history or impersonation may result in rejection and referral to the relevant authority where required.
5. Vacancies and permission details
Only vacancies marked active on this website should be treated as current Ibran listings, and every genuine listing carries a government permission number. Candidates should confirm country, employer, trade, salary and permission information with the official office before making a commitment.
6. Payments and receipts
Do not pay an unauthorized person. Payment is accepted only at our office or into the company account — never into a personal account — and every payment is supported by an official receipt. Candidate registration through this website is free. Ibran International has no sub-agents and no branch offices; nobody in any other city or office is authorized to collect money on our behalf.
7. Third-party services
Government portals, embassies and consulates, GAMCA medical centers, NAVTTC, the Protector of Emigrants, insurers, airlines and foreign employers operate independently. Their decisions, service availability and processing times may be outside Ibran International’s direct control.
8. Acceptable use
You may not submit malicious files, automate abusive registrations, attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal information or use the website for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity.
9. Changes and governing framework
These terms may be updated when services or applicable requirements change. Use of the website is subject to the laws and regulatory framework applicable in Pakistan, including the Emigration Ordinance 1979 and the Emigration Rules 1979 under which our licence is issued.
