- Demand set
Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Employment Contract and the employer's approval to engage foreign workers.
- Attestation
The demand documents are attested as required.
- BEOE recruitment permission
Permission from the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment to recruit against the attested demand.
- Worker file
Each selected worker's file: passport, CNIC, photographs, experience or trade certificates.
- Medical record
The required medical examination result joins the file.
- Visa
The work visa is processed and added to the file.
- Protector clearance
The file is presented for Protector of Emigrants clearance — the final legal gate before departure.
- Travel and handover
Travel is coordinated; the worker departs and reports to the employer.
