Malaysia Employer Recruitment Process
How a Malaysian employer hires Pakistani workers through Ibran International — from first requirement to workers reporting on site.
- Requirement agreed
Trades, numbers, terms and target dates are discussed and put in writing.
- Demand documents issued
The employer issues the standard demand set: Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Employment Contract, and the employer's approval to engage foreign workers.
- Attestation and BEOE permission
The demand is attested and recruitment permission is obtained from the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment in Pakistan — the legal basis for recruiting.
- Sourcing and shortlisting
Candidates are sourced against the required trades and screened for documents and experience.
- Selection
Interviews and trade tests are arranged in whatever form the employer requires — in person, by video, or through test results.
- Documentation and medical
Each selected worker's file is completed and the required medical examination is done.
- Visa processing
Work visas are processed for the selected workers.
- Protector clearance
Every worker is cleared by the Protector of Emigrants (BEOE) — the step that makes the emigration lawful on the Pakistani side.
- Departure and reporting
Travel is coordinated and workers report to the employer in Malaysia.
Timelines depend on trades, volumes and approvals — we give a realistic picture per case rather than a promise.
