The worker registers with name, trade, experience and city — on WhatsApp or the website form. Registration costs nothing.
- Matched to a verified demand
Workers are only put forward against demands that carry government permission — never against a rumour of a job.
- Document screening
Passport validity, CNIC and experience documents are checked before the worker is shortlisted.
- Interview or trade test
As the employer requires for the trade.
- Offer and contract
The employment contract is explained to the worker before anything is signed — pay, hours, accommodation terms as stated by the employer.
- Medical examination
The required medical examination for Malaysia is completed.
- Visa and documentation
The work visa and remaining documentation are processed.
- Protector clearance
Clearance from the Protector of Emigrants (BEOE) before departure.
- Departure
Travel is coordinated and the worker reports to the employer.
