Saudi Visa-to-Protector Process
The second half of a Saudi case — from an issued E-Number to a passport you can travel on.
- E-Number issued
The E-Number exists against the completed Wakala.
- GAMCA medical
Medical at an approved GAMCA centre, including fingerprints. An unfit result stops the visa.
- NAVTTC trade test
The trade test for the worker's profession. A fail stops the visa.
- Biometric record
Fingerprint record must be clear for the visa to proceed.
- Aqd Amal received from the kafeel
The kafeel sends the original Aqd Amal (عقد عمل — work contract), attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Saudi MOFA. It joins the file for Embassy submission.
- Visa stamping
With all three results clear, the passport is stamped at the Embassy/Consulate.
- MOFA attestation — only when required
Not every case needs it. When it does, we do the work; the fee is the client's, separate from our service fee.
- Protector
Protector of Emigrants clearance from BEOE.
- Handover
File returned by courier or collected in person; payment timing as the client chose.
