If the medical, trade test or fingerprint result goes against the worker, the Wakala belongs to the client — it can be cancelled or transferred to another name. That decision is the client's, not ours.

Saudi Wakala Processing
Your kafeel has issued the visa — this is how we process it, start to finish. Typically 10 to 15 days once documents are complete.
- Licence and registration sent
Your kafeel receives our OEP licence and Saudi Embassy registration number — the two details Enjaz asks for.
- Enjaz request
The kafeel raises the authorisation request on Enjaz against our Saudi Embassy registration (3988).
- Request accepted
We accept the request and open the file.
- Documents and CV collected
The worker's documents are gathered. This is where most cases lose time — with the checklist ready, work starts the same day.
- Wakala
Processed at the Saudi Embassy in Islamabad or the Consulate in Karachi.
- Aqd Amal — attested work contract
After the Wakala, the kafeel has the Aqd Amal (عقد عمل — the employment contract / work permit) attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and sends the ORIGINAL to Pakistan. It is submitted to the Embassy with the other documents — the visa cannot be processed without it.
- E-Number
The E-Number is issued against the Wakala.
- Medical, trade test, fingerprints
GAMCA medical, NAVTTC trade test and biometrics — the only steps the worker attends in person, and the worker's own responsibility.
- Visa stamping
The passport goes to the Embassy for stamping — with the attested Aqd Amal and all documents. All three results from step 08 must be clear first.
- Protector
Protector of Emigrants clearance from BEOE — what makes the emigration lawful.
- File handover
Passport and documents return to you — by courier or collected from our office. Payment timing is yours to choose: at stamping, at Protector, or at handover.
